The ideal candidate is passionate about Scaled Agile, highly motivated, a great communicator, organizer and collaborator. RoleThe essential responsibilities of the Release Train Engineer are: tManage and optimize the flow of value through the train using ALM and other various tools to support and track this tFacillitate PI planning in alignment with the agreed cadence ensuring readiness is maintained by supporting continous exploration and backlog grooming tSummaries PI planning objectives for the train, publish them and track against them for full transparency tCoach leaders, teams, scrum masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets tHelp manage risks and dependencies as well as escalate and track impediments and blockers tEncourage collaboration and ensure the flow of value All About YouThe ideal candidate for this role will: tHave experience of Agile development in either a development or scrum master role or a project management background tBe confidence in Microsoft office tools, ALM or equivilent, Mural, Confluence or similar online collaboration tools tHave SAFe 5 Program Consultant certification (SPC). This is desirable but any SAFe experience or certifications beneficial tBe skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearlyt tAlways look for potential solutions to solve problems tBe a great communicator, collaborator, negotiator and organizerCOVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we re all in this together.
