Job Description

Duties & responsibilities

  • - Client interaction & coordination with superior client service(Onsite & Offsite customer Support)
  • - Liaise and negotiate with independent vehicle owners and process association with the company(vehicle attachment)
  • - Vendor Management
  • - Manage and execute transport ground operations including routing & Rostering
  • - Monitor & track transport effectiveness in travel time, quality and customer experience
  • - Should have knowledge of Pune roads (In and around local )
  • - Knowledge of compliance - adherence to 100% vehicle compliance (Vehicle documentation, drivers documentation, Cab maintenance documentation & transport vehicle compliance)
  • - Able to work on the transport software and have possess knowledge of Software installation
  • - Ability to conduct the briefing session to drivers
  • - Responsible of client billing and invoice generation
  • - Oversee the transport helpdesk and resolve client queries, complaints and requests.
Specific Skillsets
  • - Excellent verbal Communication Skills.
  • - Should be well versed with English and Hindi. Marathi will be an added advantage
  • - Good understanding of hatch pack, Sedan & SUV vehicles.
  • - Excellent analytical, problem solving skills
