Job Description

Generating automobile Car Engine Oil requirements from Garages / Retailers. (Through calls and field visits)
Visiting the customers regularly & selling car parts / Lubricant Products to them
Building relationships with customers to ensure regular sales.
Deal closing ability- right from Marketing, Training, 1st Order sheet of the customer
Must be comfortable with aggressive sales targets and incentives.
Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Negotiate or Re-orders of the spare parts/Car Engine Oil deals and handle complaints or objections.
Executing business strategy and concepts for overall growth.
