Job Description

This position is for Electrification Plant to be based in Pune/ Chakan.Customer relationship , continuous improvement , customer satisfactionSupport and develop business cases based on Request For Quote for business awardsReceiving schedules from customers ensure timely suppliesForecasting of market and customer volumesMonitor New program development and proto development for all electrification customersAttending weekly calls Sales , Customer Status , schedule vs dispatch , receivables.etc.MIS generation of various reports - OTIF , BSC , MOR Sales walks.etc.Provide timely market intelligence competitive intelligenceNegotiate with customer get timely price increase from customers for commodity and ECN sSupport all activities RFQ to business award for all customerClose coordination with manufacturing , SCMG and Engineering to meet customer requirementsKeeping overdue outstanding under controlJob Requirements:Specific Skills / Personal Attributes:Bachelors degree in Electrical/ Electronics15- 18 years of experience in same fieldExperience in sales/ business development to automotive OEMsExperience in sales planning and forecastingExpertise in business case preparation and respond to customer RFQsNegotiation skillsExperience of Programme management will be an added advantageBusiness communication skillsFamiliarity with MS OfficeGood network in the automotive sectorPrior experience of handling a sales and/ or business development teamStrong team player , able to work effectively within cross- functional teams.
