Brief Summary of Role Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, the Sales Operations Lead is a critical role helping to ensure accuracy of sales planning, budgeting, process, compensation, technology, and reporting. Responsibilities Support Sales Team by reviewing and ensuring compliance of Account and Opportunity data Monitoring key sales operations metrics; proactively engaging with stakeholders to resolve issues Monitor and develop reports and dashboards that support and enhance sales productivity Provide input on sales process recommendations Work with Sales Ops and IT to ensure we are leveraging Salesforce platform to its maximum potential and ultimately driving efficiencies for the sales team. Coordinate sales representative on-boarding activities, reporting requirements, quota allocation, and key metric development to ensure effectiveness. Work very closely with sales management and field reps to understand the pain-points of the field and resolve via system/process efficiencies. Work with Sales Ops Admins and IT to assist in the design, implementation, and support of Salesforce (SFDC) CRM to ensure we are leveraging SFDC to its maximum potential and ultimately driving efficiencies in the field. Partner with senior sales management, FP&A and HR to lead the sales compensation analysis and implementation Working with finance to ensure Sales organization is paid accurately each pay period. Review the compensation plan throughout the year to monitor results and suggest improvements for the next year. Provide ad-hoc and routine sales reporting and analysis via SFDC Reporting, SFDC Einstein Analytics, Spreadsheets, and Presentations. Education and Required Experience (Requirements) Bachelor s Degree (Arts or Sciences) or equivalent combination of education or experience 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales operations or another related field Demonstrated analytical skills and thrive in a detail-oriented environment Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes, sales performance metrics and reporting of performance metrics 1+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations or administration preferred Experience with internal corporate toolsets: Trace, ICM, DPS a plus High level of intellectual and emotional intelligence required Demonstrated proficiency in process development, implementation, and improvement Must be able to develop and deliver effective presentations Experience with internal corporate operations and project management preferred Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship We are an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
