Our SDK is installed on 2B+ devices, we serve 820M+ users, 5B+ events processed, 200M+ bots steps executed.About the Team:We enable different 3rd party systems to integrate seamlessly with Helpshift and co-exist with other CRM ecosystem. The team is responsible for providing all sorts of integrations in Helpshift. We work closely with Feature teams, Tech Support, Sales Engineering and Product.Key Components of our infrastructure are:- External facing APIs and webhooks- CRM integration with Salesforce, Zendesk- Integration of HS Bots with 3rd party APIst- Marketplace integrations like AWS market place ( link ), unity market place (coming soon)Projects that you will work on:- Adding new features to Salesforce integration- Researching and working on our Zendesk Integration- Exploring new CRMs and their APIs for integration- Improving external facing API and making them even more easy to use- Improving webhooks experience event granularity, retries, failure handlingRequirements:We re hiring for an Integrations specialist who can work on CRM integrations like Salesforce and Zendesk. Our CRM integration provides a way to sync issues/tickets between Helpshift and 3rd party CRM s. Your code will be responsible for handling Salesforce chat application, admin settings, customisations and supporting Zendesk integration. You ll be working with a cross functional team of design, backend developers, QA. We expect you research 3rd party CRM APIs and keep our Integrations updated with those API changes. We believe that nobody starts any role an as expert. We want to find a motivated individual, who learns fast, is able to adapt to changing requirements of Integrations.Sample Projects:We want seamless experience of Helpshift product on multiple CRM platforms. Some sample projects that you can work on:- Supporting new features on Salesforce chat interface- Revamping the pages built in classical experience to new Lightning experience (Salesforce)- Researching and working on our Zendesk Integration- Creating documents for ideas to improve integration experience- Setting up release pipeline and QA pipeline by collaborating with other teams like OPS, QA- You shall be the major stake holder (developer/maintainer) of the Salesforce Integration and also the development owner for multiple CRM integration projects.About the Role:
