      • Key Responsibilities : a Salesforce resource who is having minimum of 5 years of experience with knowledge on Salesforce Architecture, b Best practices and very good hands on LWC, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce page, SFDX and GIT He/She should be able to gather requirements and architect the overall process with design principles
      • Technical Experience : a Sound knowledge on Service cloud implementation and processes Salesforce FSL experience with hands on configurations, Visual workflows, Process builders, Apex, Lightning Aura and LWC Good exposure to REST and SOAP API services
      • Professional Attributes : a Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and with written and verbal communication skills
      • Educational Qualification : a 15 years of full time education
    • Additional Information : a FSL certified would be a plus
