      • Key Responsibilities : 1- Handling the day to day production issues 2- Handling the calls with the business users 3- Gathering the requirements from the business users/BPM 4- Monitoring the tickets ques and managing the same within the SLAs
      • Technical Experience : 1-Act as Technical Expert, Ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions 2-Lead technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions 3-Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required 4-Mentor and coach junior developer resources Technical expertise includes Reporting techniques classical, interactive, ALV, BDC, Smart forms, Scripts, Enhancements, BADI, ALE IDOCs, BTEs
