Job Description

Why this role KONE India is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity for you to join our Pune / Chennai KONE India, as a SAP , Configuration Owner - Output Management, who owns KONE s Configuration, development and design related to OpenText based Output Management solutions. The Configuration Owner validates and approves all designs prior to build. They work together with Solution Design Owners to drive solutions to a configuration-friendly direction and maximal utilization of out-of-the-box functionality to avoid KONE-specific customization as much as possible. The Configuration Owner establish and maintain development guidelines, processes and a close relationship with KONE s Development and Operations teams. Both are run by outsourcing partners.What will you be doing

  • Technical ownership of OpenText Exstream (StreamServe) at KONE
  • Responsible for technical design of the platform and related output management solutions
  • Support and guide Solution Design Owners and Architects in developing output management related solutions for different business applications
  • Establish and maintain development guidelines and configuration templates for output management platform and solutions
  • Define and control how to map process definition and requirements into definition, usage and rules for output management solutions (modeling rules)
  • Define rules and scope for monitoring output management solutions
  • Discover / explore new capabilities for output management solutions and map with KONE needs
  • Collaborate with and guide internal and external development and support teams
Are you the one
  • University degree in Engineering or similar
  • Relevant IT experience with 6 year experience in output management solutions
  • Expertise and hands on experience in OpenText Exstream (StreamServe)
  • Knowledge in other output management and forms technologies is seen an asset (e.g. SAP output mgmt. solutions).
  • Good understanding on cloud-based output management and cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Container technologies (Docker), AWS, Azure
  • Demonstrated track record of clear achievements from previous positions held
  • Experience in Agile operating models
  • Experience with supplier collaboration / collaboration with external partners
  • Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders distributed globally
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Excellent Change Management skills
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
