Job Description

    • An asset, not a requirement, is knowledge of the various products of the 3E content provider: phrases, product safety data, dangerous goods data, rule sets and templates. The tool used for downloading data from the cloud: 3E Optimize Cloud.- Dangerous Goods ManagementImport data for various transport regulations in the EH&S specification database. Use this data to create dangerous goods classifications. Assign this dangerous goods classification to a real substance. Perform the dangerous goods filling so that the data becomes available in the dangerous goods master.Understand the customization for the execution of dangerous goods checks in sales documents.Understand the printing of dangerous goods data on the delivery note, the dangerous goods summary, the bill of lading and the nota fiscal.- Safety Data Sheet ManagementSetup of WWI- and expert servers.Adjust WWI-templates to customer standards.Generate reports from template, create reports and release reports.Have basic knowledge of storing EH&S documents on a content server with KPRO.Understand the EH&S report shipping process.- Poison Center NotificationAn asset is knowledge of the OPESUS software for making poison center notifications to the European Chemical Agency (ECHA)- Customer developmentsWilling to familiarize yourself with customer developments such as:o The export of GHS label data to an external system for label printing.o The export of GHS classification and labeling data to a system that performs the SEVESO calculation.o The export of product safety and dangerous goods data to an external forwardero Substance Volume Tracking and import restrictions.o The creation of various legally required reportso The DOK-X export of safety data sheets to a customer made tool for publishing safety data sheets on the internet.Technical skills:- Maintain and monitor the ALE distribution of EH&S IDOCS between different SAP systems.- Maintain WWI templates.- Diagnose problems with expert rule sets.- Be able to read the ABAP coding used in user exits, interfaces and reports.
