      • Key Responsibilities : Leads planning and implementation of all actions required to deploy the application technically Good understanding of business processes in HCM domain Responsible for reviewing the technical deliverables to ensure all requirements have been met Guide team to apply best coding practices Leads small and big development and/or maintenance teams
      • Technical Experience : 1 Min 3 full lifecycle SAPHCM or SF implementations 2 SAP CPI or ABAP or HCM or Success factors modules certifications preferred 3 Experience in leading small teams 4 Robust knowledge of ABAP HR with strong tech and analytical ability in SAP tools and methodologies 5 Hands on exp in RICEF, Adobe Forms, Workflows, Webdynpro 6 Detailed knowledge and understanding of integrations scenarios using frameworks 7 Strong knowledge on SAP HR submodules PA,OM,Time,PY,ESS,MSS
      • Professional Attributes : Should have good communication skill and should be able to interact with client Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
