Job Description

    Role -SAP HCM PayrollJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
    • Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet client-specific requirements.
    • Implement end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll schemas, rules, and related functions.
    • Manage integration between SAP HCM Payroll and other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, Time Management).
    • Configure SAP Payroll for different regions, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
    • Maintain and customize payroll schemas, rules, and wage types to meet business requirements.
    • Implement payroll processing cycles, including gross-to-net calculations, tax deductions, and third-party payments.
    • Provide technical and functional expertise for resolving payroll issues and improving processes.
    • Configure and integrate SAP Time Management, including work schedules, absence quotas, and time evaluation.
    • Ensure accurate data flow between Time Management, Payroll, and other SAP HCM modules.
    • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align payroll and time management processes with organizational policies.
    • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
    • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
    • Prepare technical documentation, including configuration guides and process flow diagrams.
    • Train end-users on SAP Payroll functionalities and provide post-implementation support.
    Key Skills and Qualifications:
    • 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll configuration and implementation.
    • In-depth knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, and wage types.
    • Familiarity with local payroll compliance regulations (e.g., tax laws, statutory deductions).
    • Experience in SAP Time Management and integration with Payroll.
    • Strong understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA platforms.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
    • Certification in SAP HCM (preferred but not mandatory).
    Nice-to-Have:
    • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
    • Knowledge of SAP Fiori for payroll applications.
    • Exposure to global payroll processes and multi-country rollouts.
