A, ;OCATION_Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad Job Description Candidates opting for Hyderabad or Pune has to work from our Bangalore for the initial 3+ months and later move to their base locations. Responsibilities: Actively engage with the core product development team by participating in the business process discussions. Advise the product teams on the merits and demerits of different solution approaches, in sights and recommend the best solution from technical feasibility point of view. Define, elicit, and analyze existing and new system functions and processes Develop solutions by using programming skills on SAP ABAP and other SAP technologies Participate in delivery of minor / major product release. Develop and maintain the architecture and technical design documents. Perform Quality Assurance activities and execute software test plans and participate in end- to- end integration testing to ensure that the developed products satisfy the requirements and meet the agreed quality standards. Deliver and deploy the solutions to SAP and ensure the documentation using the agreed documentation guidelines. Follow defined product development methodology (waterfall/ agile). As a part of product support team, address issues and resolve incidents raised by customers in production environment on a high priority. Work independently with minimum supervision and handle smaller projects, create and maintain a detailed work plan, communicate and review work assignments with team, and proactively escalate project issues and risks, maintain client responsibilities and expectations and provide proper project communications. Qualifications & Skills: 4 - 6 years of experience in Master Data Management & Governance field Strong knowledge of ABAP Object Oriented Programming, Master Data Governance (MDG), ABAP Floor Plan Manager (FPM), ABAP Web Dynpro, ABAP Workflow At least 3 years of in- depth exposure to SAP MDG applications- Finance, Supplier, Customer, Material, Business Partner, Custom Objects Strong knowledge on the configuration of MDG applications and Process setup. Hands on experience with implementation of BADIs, classes & Methods. SOA, ALE/ IDOCS, Data replication techniques, MDG error handling experience, Validations and derivations Worked on integration of MDG with other components of the SAP enterprise information management stack and with the external world Experience with BRF+ integration into MDG and version 6. 1/ 7. 0/ 8. 0/ 9. 0 (Preferably 9. 0) Ability to explore, expose and advise on best in class practices in SAP EIM / MDG solution stack Worked on integration of MDG with other components of the SAP Enterprise Information Management stack and with the external world Performed Data Quality setup, Duplicate Check and other required validation, Migration of existing master data into MDG hub Experience in delivering master data integration from SAP MDG to either another SAP system or non- SAP system is highly desirable. Implementation of SAP MDG Solution for masters like Customer, Vendor, Material, Financial masters etc. Create an Integration test Plan with for MDG + Data Services Information Steward and ECC backend Integrate business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance Validate installation of necessary Master Data Governance component User interface modelling (Design and Creation of UI, Value restriction, Define navigation elements of type Hyperlink or Push button, Data quality, Validation and Derivation rules) Process Modelling (Entity, Business Activity change, Request type, Workflow, Edition type, Relationship, Data replication techniques, SOA service, ALE connection, Key & value mapping, Data transfer, Export & import master data, Convert master data) Expert knowledge in Activation and configuration of the MDG modules & components Create configuration documents and training documents.,
