This position is responsible for the implementation and day - to - day administration of Employee Central, PM& GM, Succession as well as tools and software integrated with these modules. The responsible System Administrator is also responsible for the support, delivery, and maintenance of the existing solution and also implement new functionality based on SF quarterly release. Candidate should have experience in more than one module SF (such as EC, PM&GM, Succession, Compensation, Recruitment etc.) At least one end - to - end implementation have done in SF EC / PM&GM / Succession Should have worked on SF EC Time Management Should have exposure to Employee central and other modules. Should have worked on reporting. Should have worked or implemented SF globally. Must have worked for international clients. Knowledge and experience of processes and configurations in the area of Employee Central and its integration with other SF modules. Good knowledge in configuration of EC with Time and Position Management etc. Good knowledge in configuration of PM&GM and Succession planning. Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows. Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes. Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF Must possess strong analytical skills. Can handle the Tickets independently Must have Customer facing ability Very good at Process Documentation,
