Job Description

    *.SAP SF OnboardingExp : 5+ YrsLocation : All BSL Office (Mumbai/Pune/Hyderabd/Bangalore/Chennai/Noida).Working as the SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 Workstream/Module lead you will be responsible for and deliver the following:Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer s current process and future state needsConfigure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processesManage the relationship with the customer and be SuccessFactors primary face to the customer throughout the implementation processMaster and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practicesFacilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionalityActing in a client facing role to determine business requirementsIdentifying how the HXM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements;Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applicationsSupporting testing, training and change management workstreams.Responsibilities for candidates with relevant team leadership experience may also include:Creating and managing the plan for a specific project workstream e.g. design;Managing the end to end project lifecycle to deliver projects on time and to budget;Working with senior client stakeholders to manage client expectations.Demonstrated Leadership SkillsExecutive PresenceA minimum of 8 years SuccessFactors experienceA minimum of 3 SuccessFactors projects acting in the module lead role Required Minimum Certification: o SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 2023 A bachelor s degree or equivalent (masters preferred)No less than 6 years business computer application implementation experienceDemonstrated understanding of HR Organizational Domain to include the departmental processes/policies/procedures behind the modules they implementExcellent presentation, oral and written communication skillsA dedicated customer service attitudeAbility to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervisionAbility to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with othersTechnical understanding of software operating systems and ability to work comfortably with HRISKnowledge of XML or HTMLExceptional consultative skills with customers, using best practices and past experienceAvailable to work some evenings and/or weekend as nee ,
