Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and support the implementation of SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions for clients.
    • Analyze business requirements related to transportation management and configure SAP TM to meet these needs.
    • Design and implement end-to-end transportation solutions, including transportation planning, execution, and monitoring.
    • Collaborate with clients to optimize transportation networks, freight management, and transportation cost control.
    • Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, LE, etc.) and external systems to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics processes.
    • Provide expertise in managing transportation master data, shipment planning, route optimization, carrier selection, and freight settlement.
    • Support testing, data migration, and deployment activities for SAP TM implementations.
    • Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure successful adoption of SAP TM solutions.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP TM configurations and customizations.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and SAP best practices during implementations.
    Required Skills and Experience:
    • 5-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM).
    • Strong expertise in SAP TM modules, including transportation planning, execution, freight management, and route optimization.
    • Experience in SAP TM integration with other SAP modules like SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP LE (Logistics Execution).
    • Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts, particularly transportation planning and execution.
    • Strong skills in configuring and customizing SAP TM based on business requirements.
    • Experience in working with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
    • Knowledge of transportation networks, carrier management, freight cost calculations, and international shipping.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex business requirements.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
    • Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and end-user support.
