We have immediate need of Systems Analystsin SCM area Some ofthe responsibilities are: Provide IS support for all Medline business processes in GlobalSupply chain and related areas. Serve as primary contact for handling support issues duringMedline India business hours. This includes, but is not limited to, end- usercalls and scheduled batch job issues. Resolve all production issue in timely manner, if requiredprovide workarounds for critical disruptions Interact with Medline Business users to understand anddocument functional/ non- functional requirements. Convert documented requirements and proposed solutions intosolid systems designs to be developed by others, in India or the US. Analyzethe design to understand areas of impact and develop test plans accordingly. Work with developers to understand the designs and validatethat the software solution will satisfy the business needs. Assist Development staff in development and unit testing ofthese designs, regardless of development language. Develop test strategies and execute application test plans. Assist Testing staff in executing test plans. To provide feedback to the Development team and Functionalteam to ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and thequality requirements. Communicate regularly with Configuration Analysts atCorporate Headquarters to stay current on new and changed business processesand systems enhancements. To provide regular verbal communication and clear writtendocumentation on all assignments. To provide estimates and feedback to the Software DevelopmentManager for project scheduling purposes. Skills / Experience: Required: 6 years experience in SCM functionalarea (Global systems experience preferred) 4 years IS experience in of designing, building and supporting ERP SCM systems Provenexperience in ETL (Talend Preferred); building & maintaining interfacesbetween ERPs Excellentorganization, communication, analysis, and planning skills. Work experience within an environment following a structured SDLCmethodology. Proven experience of testing complex test plans/ scripts. Proven data analysis skills in RDBMS (preferably Oracle or SQL Server). Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)software. Strong and polished English communication, both written and oral. Preferred: 2 years of SAP system Implementation (configuration) experience in APO modules Deep understanding of business skills and procedures. Experience withfull project lifecycle. Home grown ERP systems(SCM) Having experience in Design, Data Modeling, Development, Data Extraction functionalities of SAP HANA is preferred. Experience in building reports, dashboard,
