Job Description

    • Looking for seasoned Scrum Master & go-getters and who have the take charge attitude.
    • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Experienced with Data projects BI/DW/DWH/Analytics projects
    • Enable and empower the development team to deliver high-quality deliverables
    • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and productivity.
    • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear, actionable user stories.
    • Monitor sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing learnings.
    • Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
    • Support cross-team coordination and alignment in multi-team environments.
    • Hands-on experience with any one Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
    • Open to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
