Drive adoption and understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum Provide continuous coaching on agile principles and best practices Help teams inspect, adapt, deliver, and mature Facilitate team meetings, including the Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospective Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and management Supports team in adhering to definition of ready and definition of done Eliminate impediments for the team so they can focus on achieving sprint goals Facilitate or support cross team dependenciesPrimary Skills: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Expert in various Networking protocols across Layer 2, Layer 3, Security. L2 (Ethernet, IEEE 802.1x std. STP, MSTP, RSTP, Dynamic VLAN) L3 (Routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP) Security (Firewall, NAT, IPSec, IKEv1, IKEv2, SSL) Hands on experience on Networking Products Router, Switches, Firewall. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting various control and data plane problems in system.Secondary Skills: Problem solving mind and attitude Ability to interface well with externally facing departments and directly with customers Effective communication skills written, spoken, listening and presentation Great Team player Genuine interest in learning and knowledge sharing,
