Job Description

What is your role going to be

  • Contribution to automation framework
  • Preparing, executing automation scripts for the product in parallel with development
  • Help in execution of product roadmap as per the plan
  • Making sure to enhance automation coverage
  • Able to perform good level of Manual testing
  • Coordinate with multiple teams for deliverables (on shore and offshore)
  • Help Automation Engineers to write good quality code, automate effectively
  • Understand unit test cases written by developer, find opportunities to add more functional tests
  • Problem/defect analysis by reading logs, looking into source code, DB procedures
  • Perform exploratory testing to make sure no defect leakage
  • Help in enhancing non-functional testing capabilities like Security, Performance, Responsive Design, etc.

What are we looking for

  • Overall testing experience min - 4 max - 6
  • Hands on Functional Testing automation for Web as well as Rest API using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest-Assured, JMeter. Should be able to write frameworks from scratch - min 2 years
  • Good coding skill set (logical building of code) in Java
  • Must have worked on Source Code Management tools like Git, GitLab, Bitbucket
  • Good understanding of CI CD environment setup/maintenance
  • Understanding of non-functional testing like performance and security
  • Very Good understanding of Manual testing concepts, and implementation as well
  • Understanding of Unit, Unit Integration Testing and testing tools like TestNg, Junit, Mockito
  • Must have can do attitude and manage end to end product/framework delivery
  • Understanding of Payment (Card) domain
  • Good communication skills
  • BE/BTech graduate
