Skills/RequirementsCA/CMA Qualified / Semi Qualified with 4 to 8 years of experience
Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Compliance functions for India
Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of Quarterly /Half Yearly/annual Financials as per requirement of Indian Accounting Standards
Carry out monthly Balance Sheet and P&L analysis and ensuring their reconciliations
Coordinating with statutory / internal auditors for timely and effective closure
Designing and ensuring operation of effective internal control systems
Ensure compliance with Direct and Indirect tax regulations including routine tax payments, return filings as well as ensuring completion of tax audit, transfer pricing study, APA annual compliance and corporate tax returns
Knowledge of GST compliance is mandatory
Net Suite experience is preferred
A self-starter and high achiever with a focus on doing a great job
Strong communicator, both written and verbal;
