Job Description

Senior Analyst (Adobe Suit)

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

We are looking for Adobe Solution Specialist to join our project team. Resource will be part of an implementation team, developing leading digital solutions based on market leading platforms and technologies such as Adobe. The project is conducted with agile methodology. In this role, we will use Adobe suite of products to create best in class digital experiences for our customers.

You will be based in Chakan, Pune but you will work in a global arena.

What You Will Do

As Sr Analyst you will:

  • Belong to PSCO (Packaging Solutions & Commercial Operations) Project & Service Team called Smart Sales Global Centre of Excellence. To start with you will be working in our Customer Front End project that is part of a large Programme called Smart Sales, as an Adobe Functional Expert. CoE will consists of both Business and IT resources working in an agile manner to support and enhance our solutions. In your role you will be working closely with our product owners.
  • Be an Adobe Solution Specialist and serve as a technical advisor translating buisness requirements to technical solutions and assisting our internal IT project team. Basically connectiong business and IT.
  • Assist our business Centre of Excellence team of how to best use and utilise the tools we have implemented to support our business in their daily work.
  • Author and Publish websites.
    • Author: Use either of the two UIs (classic and touchoptimized) to author and administer content on a range of devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, etc).
    • Publish: Develop websites; customize components, enforcement of corporate design, user access control (for editing and publishing rights)
  • Optimize configurations per requirements
  • Manage a repository of digital assets such as images, videos, documents and dynamic media, then integrate these assets into your website.
  • Use search queries to find content no matter where it is stored in your or-ganization

We believe you have:

  • A Bachelors Degree with minimum of 4 years experience with Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager ) web content management system with a wide array of powerful features.
  • Experience of Analytics & Personalization
    • Hands-on experience on Adobe Analytics both technical and functional
    • Hands-on experience on Adobe Target both technical and functional
    • Very strong in A/B testing and Personalization concepts to be able to measure and drive personalization and optimization programs
    • Experience of analysis and generating Insights of online report data from digital analytics tools
    • Understands statistical tools to identify and evaluate relationships between dif-ferent data points and outcomes
  • Personality skills
    • Self-motivation and experience with working in international, geographically distributed project environments.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, as well as presentation skills translating business requirements to IT solutions.

    • Other Qualifications:

  • Exposure working with IDE Tool (Eclipse, Intellij)
  • Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud
    • Understands and knows how to integrate Adobe Marketing Cloud, understands Core Adobe Platform
  • Hands-on experience on Adobe Launch/Adobe DTM
