Job Description

Job summaryThe job involves managing daily Trade capture, Cash processing, MTM validation, reconciling NT records with broker and client records for ETD instruments. The position requires good experience and back ground in financial markets.Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, prioritizing and resolving any reconciliation breaks, trade capture issue and other task within the team.
  • Timely processing of daily and month end deliverables
  • Ensures Day to day SLA & Quality parameters are met. Checklists are prepared and submitted to the supervisor on a daily basis
  • Ability to handle, escalate & resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Builds a strong depository of the Operations and Domain knowledge in the team
  • To actively be involved in creating/ capturing process updates/ workflows pertaining to business & process
  • Highlighting process issues and driving change by working with internal groups to enhance the operational process where appropriate.
  • Assisting with ad hoc audit requests and compiling MIS reporting.
  • Assisting with any new client issues and Client On-boarding.
  • Provision of general support to the Global ETD team.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Minimum of 24 Months an Analyst
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Domain knowledge in ETD will be an added advantage
  • Possesses good communication & analytical skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners on site/ across business lines/ juniors and seniors
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate
  • A client focused approach
  • Possesses working knowledge of MS Office
  • Exposure and understanding of Risk, Audit and Compliance factors
  • Knowledge of systems such as GMI / Reconciliation / Investigation would be an added advantage
  • Team works round the clock, partner should be flexible with any given shift.
  • Flexibility on work location preferred (Bangalore & Pune)
