Job Description

    As a Senior Analyst - Quality youll be responsible for providing PPAP, DMR support for incoming quality.Were on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch!What youll doResponsible to evaluate 8D, PPAP submitted by suppliers on the defects reported by plants. Identify the gaps in submitted documents , communicate back to supplier & take follow up for correctionResponsible to Lead NPI projects for PPAP with global stakeholders and complete within defined timelineWork as a co-coordinator between suppliers and internal functions/plants (Engineering, plants, Operations, etc.) to clarify requirements, eliminate confusion, and improve closure lead timeWill be Responsible for effectively communicate within the organization and with internal and external customersTrouble shoot flawless closures of PPAP, DMR in coordination with global supplier and stake holdersLead projects in team and act as SPOC for multiple sites or customersIdentify, investigate, and Resolve Supplier Technical and/or System issues related to product or process realization to have effective DMR closuresCollaborate with on site quality team on day-to-day basis to meet/exceed business expectationsEncourage & implement Continuous Improvement culture within team & at supplier endRecord and maintain transaction record and periodically reported out for reviewsResponsible to follow-up with multiple stakeholders to meet the defined TATFlexible to work in shifts.Assist in data analysis and business growthSupport process transitions through on time and accurate documentationProactive & result driven approach to meet KPIs.Follows defined process and look for possible process improvements through KaizensKnowledge of Improvement tools - Kaizen, TIMWOODS (8 waste) etc.Anticipate customer requirements and provide customer centric solutionsUnderstand customer requirement and quick turnaround time on Adhoc requestsYour qualificationsBachelors degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Production & Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution is preferred with 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing setup.Excellent knowledge of problem solving tools, APQP & PPAP process, Six Sigma Working knowledge of statistical tools including SPC, Gauge R&R and capability analysis, 8D, Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Electrical/ Electronics /Sheet Metal/Rubber/Molding/Machining /Casting is preferred as per sequenceStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent written, verbal communication and learning ability skillsDecision Making and Problem SolvingSelf driven, able to work efficiently in a team environmentTime / Priority Management ,Presentation SkillsEffective Collaboration & Cross Cultural TeamworkHands on experience in SAPExperience in working with global customers & suppliers,
