The Broker Expense Management team is responsible for the verification, processing and settlement of the banks OTC brokerage invoices. The team covers E2E processes for brokerage fees across multiple asset classes.Processing of broker fees to include invoice maintenance and lifecycle tracking, payment, ledger posting and query management (requiring internal and external communication).Capture and mapping of invoice information into team invoice log.Involvement in the monthly Balance Substantiation and related Finance processes.Partnering with global colleagues to provide transparency to brokerage spend.Timely escalation of issues.Ongoing delivery of key risk indicators and MI.Mitigation and reduction of operational risk through active participation in, and development of an effective control environment.What we re looking for:Degree or equivalentPreferably relevant Investment Banking experience within the brokerage functions.Experience of working against tight short-term deadlines in a dynamic, pressurised environmentIT-literate, with ability to use current generic desktop toolsSkills that will help you in the role:Good understanding of OTC derivatives productWillingness to take on additional responsibilityConfidence to deal with both external and internal clientsSelf starter / Ambitious,
