Job Description

*

  • Align distributor with Sales Plan and resources required i.e. manpower, investment, etc.
  • Create means to track real time availability of resources against these expectations
  • Meet targets for customer acquisition share, recharge billing and market reach as per sales plan.
  • Help delivery of plan by:
    • Creating dealer expansion plans and training the teams
    • Coaching, training & evaluating to build a high performing DSR team
    • Ensuring availability of STBs, EVD and vouchers in all denominations at all times
    • Meeting with key dealers to maintain relations and others to gather and convey trade/customer/competition feedback
    • Ensure visibility of brand and its latest promotions through best utilization of POS material through merchandisers
