Job Description

    Analyze the requirements by demonstrating understanding of client business scenario and constraints. Ability to map client processes using VSM s / Flow charts to identify pain areas Ability to conduct brainstorming / ideation sessions to find out possible solution alternatives and work with different teams to conduct feasibility. Follow the steps for solution deployment as envisaged in the project plan, foresees possible cutover Issues and plan for them proactively. Train the resources / prepare the training material if required in order to ensure the smooth transition to new systems / processes Able to conduct Quality trainings like Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt and basic lean concepts for Associates. Able to conduct basic data analytics to help ops in getting meaning full insights from the Ops data. Engage with Client and Ops stakeholders to drive process improvements / change management activities. Able to estimate the benefits of transformation projects and present it to Finance / clients for sign off. Lead small / medium size projects and perform project management activities. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt / Trained Black Belt / Certification in Lean Deployment Good Analytical skills Hands on knowledge of using Excel tools. Knowledge of Data Visualization tools is preferred. Good knowledge of minimum one Industry Domain (F&A, S&F, S&P, HRO, Digital etc.) Job Location : Bangalore, Pune Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate in Management Shift : 24/7 Experience : 4 to 8 years,
