• End to End responsible for Invoice validation and management process in compliance with directives and in an effective way.
• To validate and process invoices for CLS entities present in US, UK, India, Canada, Netherland & Mexico.
• Responsible to execute all assignments properly and timely.
• Consistent on the accuracy and productivity, take corrective action in case of variances.
• Ensures standard work compliance and assures documentation (SOP) for all the activities performed for the ORUS with clear output KPIs defined for the work done.
• Drives standardization, simplification and operational excellence in invoice management process.
• Actively work with management to understand key risks in the invoice management process and put in place mitigation actions to address those risks.
• Ensures all internal control process are adhered and complied with.
• Do Root cause analysis for any recurring issue and put the adequate control plan to prevent in future.
• Cross train and create back up for all activities that you own.
• Supports the delivery of service levels against KPI targets and communicates results to senior leaders.
• Ensure that the month close activities are smooth and all the required deliverables are completed before cut-off.
Your qualifications
• Master s in Finance and should be well versed with ERP (SAP).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in invoice management process. Knowledge of entire Procure to pay vertical is an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of the tax specification and other invoice processing requirements for various countries.
• Should have excellent communication skill (written & verbal), ensure all month end activities and other deliverables are met on time.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a team environment, in a customer focused role and be able to adhere with demanding deadlines.
• Should have intermediate level expertise on MS Office tools, especially well versed in excel, outlook & power point. VBA knowledge is an added advantage.
• Excellent time management skills and proven ability to multi-task competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of quality tools is an added advantage.
• Strong initiative, passion, and enthusiasm for achieving success.
• Work time would be 12 pm to 9 pm (IST).
