Job Description

Greeting from Resonance HR Solutions.!!Timing Note:Normal Shift |Working Days:5 Days (Mon to Fri)Role: Senior back end engineer

  1. Responsible for the software design, development for Messaging components in CPaaS product
  2. Understand and critically review Requirements & Architecture of CPaaS Messaging components -SMS, Instant Messaging (IM), Messaging APIs, Messaging Applications -A2P, P2P, P2A Billing/Accounting & customer Dashboards, Cloud & Micro-services based deployment
  3. Work with architects in exploring technology alternatives/solution frameworks and recommend choice of technology/framework for product building
  4. Understanding of Coding guidelines, design patterns and well-known algorithmic approaches to solve commonly known problems
  5. Focus on innovation, strong sense of ownership of the quality and completeness of deliverable
  6. Understanding of software engineering fundamentals and processes
  7. Sharp technical flair and hands on capabilities on coding, debugging
  8. Attention to details, capability to work independently and deliver solutions
  9. Mentor, guide junior team members and deliver larger than individual goals through effective teamwork
Experience and skills
  • Graduate/Post-graduate in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering
  • 2+ years of relevant software product engineering experience
  • Hands-on product development experience in building Carrier and Enterprise grade products
  • Expertise in SMPP, SMS Gateways , Jasmin, PlaySMS
  • Experience on CPaaS, UCaaS, VoIP, SIP, RCSRole:s
  • Expertise on python and C programming language
  • Good understanding of WebRTC, experience with any of WebRTC gateways Janus, Jitsi, FreeSWITCH
  • Experience on Agile methodology, CI-CD, DevOPS & Automation
  • Experience on implementation of REST based services, JSON, XML and APIs is a definite plus
  • Experience with writing and deploying apps and services in cloud platforms : AWS
