    Senior BizOps Engineer Job Description Summary1-tOverview The Clearing BizOps team is looking for a Site reliability Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset2- RoleIn this production Support position, you will: tPartner with Mastercard Business team to identify business issues, solve problems, and deliver solutions. tIdentify opportunities to improve response times. tAutomate manual activities were feasible.3- All About YouThe ideal candidate for this position should: tAdvanced to intermediate knowledge of Internet operations tJava/J2EE, any relevant Database knowledge such as Oracle, MySQL etc and Clound Engineering basic skill set. tAbility to identify and drive automation initiatives using any relevant tool set such as CHEF, Jenkins etc. tIntermediate to basic knowledge for Payments Domain. tAbility to analyse and look for root cause and arrive at appropriate solutions tITSM knowledge for Change, Incident, Service Request and Problem management. tA self starter and proven ability of production execution in a high paced mission critical environments.COVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we re all in this together.
