Job Description

    Summary of This Role5 years of relevant experience. Carry out procedures to ensure that all applications under test meet organizational standards and end-user requirements. Thoroughly test software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Document and work to identify all problems to ensure resolution. Report progress on testing and problem resolution to appropriate parties. Devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of potential future configurations. Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements.What Part Will You Play Contribute to Test Framework and maintain existing frameworksPrepare and execute automation scripts and ensure the highest coverageUnderstand and build on the unit cases provided by the developerValidation of application services post changes and maintenance on all environmentsImproving application reliability and responsivenessA proactive approach to handling tasksMeasure everything by building DashboardsEncourage share ownershipBlameless attitudeChallenge the status quo and eliminate toil using automationShould be able to work closely with teams for coordination and follow-upWhat Are We Looking for in This Role Minimum QualificationsBachelors DegreeRelevant Experience or Degree in: Degree in a related field and/or the equivalent in training and experienceTypically, a minimum of 5 Years of Relevant Exp in testing Oracle E-Business Suite R12 configurations, interfaces, extensions, and reportsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of other Oracle Financials applications including Fusion,FCCS, ARCS, ePBCS, and BI/OTBI Report DevelopmentWorking knowledge of Unix Shell scripts, PL/SQL, XML, Web ADI, Forms, and Reports builderWhat Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities Skills / Knowledge -Understanding of Oracle cloud technical architecture and underlying table structures and their usage to design and develop effective test plans.Skilled in creating software test plans, test cases, test procedures, testscripts, and test data conditionsAbility to coordinate and collaborate with members of a softwaredevelopment or systems engineering team to accomplish project teamgoals and objectivesExperience with test automation software including Selenium and OracleApplication Testing Suite (OATS)Job Complexity - Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
