Data at the center of the plate - Be data-driven create hypotheses run experiments lead with data Identify efficiencies through data and improve customer journeys Ability to analyze research or performance data and apply that analysis to optimize merchandising strategy. Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics historical data and trends. Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer. Collaborate with data programs teams to implement high performing data led propensity programs specific for My Account to improve conversion rates 3. Capability Optimize for the present & build for future Ability to advise on strategies and product requirements to enhance merchandising capabilities on My Account. Create detailed User stories for the new horizontal capabilities & track the timelines for My Account Conduct the UAT based on the business test cases Monitor the performance of capabilities & enhancements done by the team for the assigned category 4.
