Role: PeopleSoft Finance Techno FunctionalResponsibilities Highly skilled and motivated PeopleSoft Applications consultant to help design, code, test, modify and debug the application. Must be a self-starter and able to work in a team and independently.Application skills:
  • Results-oriented Techno Functional PeopleSoft Consultant with experience in Analysis, Solution Design, Implementation, Development, Customization, Maintenance, Upgrade and Testing.
  • Strong working knowledge on People Tools Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, BI Publisher, AWE, Process Scheduler, PS Query, File Layout, XL to CI, Component Interface (CI), Application Package, SQL, Data Mover, Integration Broker, Tree Manager and SQR.
  • Strong functional knowledge on any of the two modules GL, AP, ePro, AM, AR/BI
  • Expert level knowledge on to troubleshoot the production failures
  • Knowledge on Unix shell script and Control M scheduling tool will be added advantage
  • Knowledge on developing interfaces to various systems will be added advantage
  • Good understanding on excel macros
  • Good understanding on the data flow between various modules in PeopleSoft Finance
  • Good understanding on the PUM bug fix model
  • Excellent working knowledge on the PeopleSoft support projects
  • Experience in atleast 1 implementation and upgrade projects
Leadership skills
  • Experience in leading and developing applications in the financial and banking domain.
  • Thorough understanding of key business processes and ability to communicate and translate those needs to technical solutions
  • Research and solve data related issues within the environment.
  • Work closely with business partners, technical resources and management (Application Managers, Business Analysts, System Analysts and Development teams)
  • Evaluate the risks and solutions before taking action, so that action plans are timely, realistic and positive
  • Document system process flows and write test scripts for system testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Support projects per SDLC procedure Perform analysis based on business
  • Requirement, design, develops, test and implement changes.
  • Flexible in managing competing priorities and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or
  • Equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of PeopleSoft Finance techno/functional consultant in finance and banking domain
  • PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 experience
  • Proficiency in Oracle 12c or higher
