Across the world, the Group enables its customers and employees, and members of societies at large to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space.2nd Level Support for Exchange service, customer PMI with the following responsibilities: - Administer Exchange Infrastructure (Troubleshooting, Backup, Restore, Routing, Monitoring, Design, Installation and configuration, etc); - Using broad and in-depth product knowledge (Microsoft Exchange Environment, Active Directory and Windows Server Operating Systems) provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers; - Provide solutions to complex problems, this involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers as well as regular operations; Education: Preferably Computer university degree or a similar qualification. Professional experience/knowledge in: - Proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Server 2012/2016) and Microsoft products - Strong experience with Management of Active Directory - Has achieved proficiency in the Role of Hardware/Software Installation; - Familiar with Networking and Communication; - MCSA or equivalent certification would be an advantage - Knowledge of PowerShell - Familiar with ITIL methodology Social Skills and competencies: Analytical Thinking; Information Acquisition; Attention to details; Interacting with people; Teamwork Foreign Languages: Fluent in English;Here at Atos, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
