We are looking to hire candidate with experience on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and projects. The candidate should be able to document business process requirements for RPA initiatives, create architecture for process automation solutions, and develop and configure automation components created for business processes.Your key responsibilities The candidate should be able to document business process requirements for RPA initiatives, create architecture for process automation solutions, and develop and configure automation components created for business processes.Skills and attributes for success Good presentation skills, communication skills, aggressive at work, people friendly, and team player (very important)To qualify for the role you must have Good understanding of programming, preferably Microsoft technologies (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services) Strong business communication skills and client-facing experience Understanding of business process operations and common challenges and solutions in business process management Hands-on experience with RPA tools. Must be able to develop code in the RPA tool as per design/solution approach and perform end-to-end unit-testing of the developed components. Prior experience in industry-leading RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Open Span, or UI Path preferred Must be able to support and maintain RPA tool deployments through troubleshooting and system testing practices Must be able to document business requirements, as-is process workflows, automation design, testing scenarios, and implementation manuals Experience in RPA development methods such as Surface Automation is a plus Must be able to deploy or implement bots developed in the RPA tool. Must be familiar with RPA implementation methodologies and components such as schedulers and workflows Must have prior knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Exposure to Excel macros and VBA preferred Experience in Financial Services domain preferred. Ideal if prior knowledge of Financial Crime operations in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domain Strong team contribution skills as well as ability to perform in individual capacity Must be willing to travel and work from client sites as per project needs.Academic Qualifications: Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA, preferably with IT/Computer Science specialization.Professional Experience: 4 or more years in RPA project implementation or delivery.Ideally you ll also have Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills. Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
