Job Description

Functional - Senior Consultant - Manage a group of functional consultantsand ensure service delivery as per the committed expectations - Additional role of integration manager for ERP & non ERP environments like SAP and Hyperion- complex financial reporting integration. - Manage Integration with peripheral systems around the core ERP Systems encompassing 100+ peripheral satellite systems - Techno Functional Experts - example - SAP Functional skills like SAP FICO plus SAP ABAP - Guide/Provide functional solution to complex functional issues - Participate/contribute in Competency building and knowledge management program - Participate/contribute in optimization drive - Ensure process adherence

  • Meet SLA expectation for the team/ module/group
  • Manage attrition within TSSC guideline 3. Meet the quality goals
Expertise in One or multiple modules/technology/package/SAS solution as per service requirement:
  • SAP standard and specialized functional modules - FICO - AR/AP/GL, SEPA, IHC, Banking, TR, MM, SD, PM, PS, HR-Payroll/Time Management/ Personal Administration/ Org Management/ PD Process, CRM, SRM, T&E, HR-Talent Management, CLM, ESourcing, Talent Management,MDM,MDG, Success Factor etc.
  • BI, HANA, BPC, BO etc.
  • Learning(SABA) and recruiting(Taleo) packages, Accentiv etc.
  • Hyperion , HFM, EPM and its related modules Landscape complexity : 35 Landscape consisting of 200+ systems spread over 350+ servers. 900+ interfaces in Informatica & SAP XI/PI. Production system DB size of 55+ TB. 1 Million jobs executed per month in Production environment. 1.2 lakh+ Production user use these SAP Landscapes thru SAP Portal, 1294000 SAP application Performance Standards(SAPS).
