Senior CRM Specialist of 9+ years of experience with strong technical capability to drive the development in core siebel area for complex global financial application.
The position is based in Pune, India and is required to work on configuration, scripting, workflow and integration and will report to the local techncial lead. Candidate will also get the chance to work with Global tech leads in other project initiative as well. Applies skills and knowledge of the business to develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs The candidate will work with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting needs Opportunity to work on business complex and critical Financial Service application deployed globally.
Manage requirements definition, risk management, communication across TTS - Securities Services sales Ability to translate proposition requirements into clear, concise process design specifications Communication skills are PARAMOUNT - must be able to liaise with, present to and, where necessary, challenge stakeholders at all levels - this includes workshops/meetings with Global Business & IT teams Should be able to Map Business Processes and Requirements to the Siebel CRM application Should be able to bring and apply the industy/market knowledge for the development of TTS/Investor Services Products Analyze and understand business operations strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for automating processes and functions Should be able to grasp functional knowledge in CRM deal management software to contirbute to the success at project/program level Should be able to drive the complex development work independently and encourage more best practices in technology Should be able to work across global and local stakeholders to discuss and design from E2E perspective Should be able to debug the complex issues with strong analytical approach and come up with solutions to fix Should be able to focus on building more technical stacks by leveraging on the micro-services architecture and makes use of the best practices
Primary Skills Experience in Siebel OpenUI preferably Innovation pack 16/17 Experience in Rest API, Web Services, Messaging queue Experience in JQuery, JSon, HTML and CSS Expert in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, Workflow, Business Service Expert in integrating CRM with Internal and external systems Experience in writing queries using PL/SQL and SQL Excellent analytical and debugging skills. Good knowledge of FIT/GAP analysis process
Ability to work as part of team and independently Interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Candidate should be willing to work extended hours in order to interact with onshore team or as per project demand.
