The Operations process in the GSC is equipped with skills and competencies to seamlessly manage work that has been offshored to the GSCs from across LOCs, CCs and the Centre. The process is set up in a 24*7 environment and the geographic spread of work has been planned solicitously to ensure business continuity. The GSC aids in process simplification along with evaluating opportunities for migrations. Your responsibilities will be to: Develop reports and establish self-service reporting capability Convert existing manual reports to an automated, sustainable, and scalable platform such as Power BI and Azure Work with Business Analysts, end users and stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop detailed specifications for reporting Analyze and estimate feasibility of new reports/dashboards and compatibility with existing software and hardware Produce accurate technical documentation of all projects/tasks including specifications and testing Collaborate, communicate, and educate to other staff to improve general understanding of reporting/automation/analytics and business Manage stakeholder s modification and new requirements timely and accurately Follow Agile delivery method and implement the best practices within the teamShow More We are looking forProficient in SQL, Excel, Macro and other MS office tools and applications Well versed in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service with knowledge about DAX Hands on experience in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks and Azure SQL DWH With understanding of Business Intelligence solutions (operational and analytical), and high insights on usability of various visualization, creation of sample mockup dashboards based on user requirements, and development of Report Service documents, dynamic dashboards and visual insights Superior problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines Team player, balanced with autonomy and self-motivation, who wants to make a real and visible contribution to this global company Can collaborate and engage with stakeholders independently and manage issues and 1st level escalations With excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Fluent proficiency in both written and oral English Good to have : Knowledge or work experience in prescriptive/predictive analyses will be a plusShow More,
