Job Description

DescriptionAs a Lead Analyst on Reporting and Dashboarding team, you will be part of one of the most important areas of the business helping Aligning Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance with People, Processes, and Technology. Our reporting and dashboards showcase the value of our Qualys platform solutions to customers and actionable insights to support their ability to drive amazing outcomes within their organizations. You will be deeply involved in working with Sales and customers for reporting and dashboarding needs and best practices. While also being involved in identifying gaps and possible features we could incorporate to our evolving our reporting tools and capabilities. Also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders at various levels and platform partners to strengthen our partnerships alongside delivering best in class solutions. Role Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales for existing customers and new customer POC s to close deals.
  • Contribute day-to-day to our data and reporting products and tools within agile / scrum environment.
  • Define detailed requirements with PM for new feature requests.
  • Create Dashboards for use cases that customers.
  • Promote and collaborate actively in the Qualys community with customer questions and post discussions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, business development, data science, and product peers to refine opportunities and roadmap
  • Provide critical pre and post-sales support and issue resolution to internal and external customers
  • Identify and deliver on opportunities to evolve and improve our reporting - documentation, processes, tools and systems to improve system stability and value
  • Conduct internal best practice trainings for sales and produce video content to be published internally and for customers while collaborating with US SME and Training team.
  • Work Closely with US based SME and PM for a consistent message and delivery of value.
  • Travel onsite to visit customers with sales when needed to provide customer support.
Role Qualifications
  • BA or BS degree in CS or related technical or engineering discipline
  • 3+ years of product management/owner experience; related technical project management or analyst experience is also applicable
  • Experience within Qualys Platform products; have used and setup the product in a previous role.
  • Experience in developing metrics, KPIs, SLAs.
  • Interpersonal skills and project management capabilities; comfortable working closely with Sales, customers, Product teams and engineering.
  • Experience in working with APIs and related development technologies
  • Experience with data collection, reporting, or analytics systems
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Excel Expertise
  • Experience with other data visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft BI ect.
