Roles and Responsibilities- To create internals for tower to fulfill Form, Fit and Functional requirement.- To verify and check the feasibility of components proposed through 3D modelling.1 Product Development A) Preparation of new drawing for tower internals with 3D modeling .B) Collision check with 3D model in order to avoid fitment problem during assy. This is will be check point for manufacturing point too.C) Drawing review and approval co ordination of tower drawings in order to complete the task within specified time. D) Clarification checks to solve the doubt on drawings & support to vendors during manufacturing. 2 Design and Drawings A) Design Support for auxiliary components during PROTO manufacturing and assembly. B) Conversion drawing for value engg & inventory reduction3 Customer Orientation A) Drawing modification based on internal customer feed back internal /External customer requirement for PROTO(sub assy) manufacturing.
