The team is responsible for delivering an experience that ensures developers can quickly find the right API, assess its technical capabilities, and integrate it into new and innovative solutions. We are looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented, operationally focused and customer-obsessed Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team. Do you like to code and are willing to work as a developer Do you have experience in creating, managing and reporting alerts from synthetic monitors Have you worked with internal teams to follow up and resolve the alerts timely Are you an expert in incidence management and root cause analysis Are you familiar with Splunk Can you slice and dice logs using Linux commands Do you have experience in managing periodic reports on progress to stakeholders Have you introduced automation to gain efficiency Have you demonstrated your expertise in troubleshooting based on error messages Are you comfortable with multiple programming languages and tools Do you rank yourself high on paying attention to detail Role Work closely with the internal teams to create different types of synthetic monitors. Coordination and communication within the team. Setup appropriate notification to the right teams & resolve issues within the SLA. Work with Dev Ops team on shared service changes & incidents. Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the code developed and deployed. Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible. Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs. Engage in production release planning, release plan review, & deployment activities. Carries out troubleshooting of issues reported in collaboration with members across different teams. Triages issues efficiently and follows up the status proactively. Generates creative ideas to continually improve the processes in place and executes them successfully. Becomes an expert user and owner of the internal tools used in onboarding.All about you Very Strong in synthetic monitoring tools (Dynatrace, BlazeMeter). Excellent troubleshooting, follow up & cross-team collaboration skills. Demonstrates ownership and believes in Getting things done . Strong knowledge of Java & JavaScript. Comfortable with databases queries and log analysis using Linux commands and Splunk Ability to learn internal tools and become an expert user. Excellent leadership, influential and writing skills.
