This exciting role offers opportunity to: Eaton has announced it has reached an agreement to sell its Hydraulics Business to Danfoss A/S. This transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2020 and this position is expected to remain with the Hydraulics Business and would transfer to Danfoss A/S. upon close. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton s plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Hydraulics Business when the transaction closes, Danfoss A/S will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

• Lead Electronics development activities in PROLaunch environment NPI projects
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them to other Eaton teams, and act as the liaison for program activities as appropriate.
• Monitors progress and achievements on projects. Provide regular reports on development and support activities
• Ability to lead project technically, work with cross functional teams & provide solutions.
• Should have ability to influence and drive people / activities on complex technical issues.s.
• Ensures new products meet our customer s needs.
• Develop re-usable components and looks for continuous improvement opportunities in mobile & industrial products. Share knowledge within the team and demonstrates flexibility working in parallel on multiple assignments/product categories.
• Collaborate with local / global suppliers for prototype developments, external labs for testing etc.

QualificationsRequirement:

• B.E/B-Tech in Electronics/Industrial Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electrical & Electronics
• 5+ Years of experience in Electronics Hardware design & development, product V&V and certification
• Extensive experience of full Hardware development life cycle including requirements management, design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing.
• Hands on experience in defining the system / subsystem specifications, designing the architecture and requirements for complex systems.
• Should have hands on experience on hardware architecture design, feature & performance specifications, 16/32-bit Microcontrollers based designs.
• Should have hands on experience in Linear, SMPS, signal conditioning and driver circuit design & testing.
• Strong knowledge of EMI / EMC certification and environmental compliances CE, e/E markings process.
• Good Knowledge of IEC, CISPR, ISO, SAE standards.
• Hands on experience on various Communication protocols CAN, RS232, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, wireless etc.
• Good knowledge on PCB design guidelines for SI, high speed design & EMI/EMC.
• Design for functional safety (IEC 61508)
• Good working experience on analog and digital hardware design, circuit simulations using PSpice & LTspice tools.
• Should be able to analyze the analog & digital Circuits for Functional, performing FMEA s, Stress, Derating, Worst-case & Tolerance analysis
• Should have experience in building prototypes in house or from external suppliers.
• Hands on experience on functional testing & debugging of any complex hardware.
• Hands on experience in writing detailed test plan/procedures, Qualification test procedures.
• Hands on experience on various testing s for Conducted Emissions / Immunity, Radiated Emissions / Immunity, Environmental Testing.
• Hands on test equipment like CRO, Function Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Logic
• Analyzer, Thermal Chambers etc
• Experience in leading projects with multiple stakeholders in matrix organization and strong project management experience is required.
