Job Description

Maintain proper Documentation as per SOPM requirement.
Provide Quick Quantification based on Preliminary drawings/assumptions with Rate analysis to Prepare P1 Level.
Provide engineering inputs on drawings received from consultant time to time during meetings.
Provide Value Engineering Options to be worked out based on drawings received from Consultant.
Provide assistance to PD / other dept. to prioritize the work as per baseline schedule / actual site status.
Provide Detailed Quantities as per GFC received to forward it for Budget Preparation.
Provide Item Description along with Specifications required for working out complete rate for the Item
To carry out process audit and timely submission of reports with required accuracy.
Maintain information of major material procurement for various projects.
