Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1) Achieving set NVH targets like Air Intake System and Exhaust orifice noise, radiated noise, by suggesting changes in discussion with the design team on multiple projects, simultaneously. 2) Supervision for Building Full Vehicle 1-D, FE Model model for AIS And exhaust as per set process and quality. 3) Preparing Report, presentation, and work Plan and communicating to concern from time to time. 4) Executing technology development projects by learning the latest techniques and implementing them. 5) Learning and mastering the latest tools.General Competencies1) Source and Transfer Path Simulation and optimization. 2) Normal modes, Point Motilities, Noise transfer function, and Vibrations Transfer function. 3) Frequency Response analysis and Transient Response analysis. 4) Transmission Loss, orifice noise, and tailpipe noise simulations. 5) Vibro Acoustics Noise Simulations 6) TPA, PCA, and MC analysis. 7) Rigid Body modes analysis. 8) Operating deflection shape analysis. 9) Hybrid Simulations.Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the jobSimulations softwares like, Ricardo Wave, LMS/VL (System NVH, BEM, FEM, Correlations), Testing software: LMS/Test lab.
