Job Description

  • Coordinate / review day to day tasks, functions, technical activities
  • Coordinate global change functions in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Rigorously follow established SLAs, procedures, process
  • Application deployment, operations team support, managing DNS and Active directory
  • Participate internal & external quality audits
  • Participate in internal meetings and discussions with senior management and other technical teams
  • Prepare/review/update process documentations / procedures
  • Manage remote support for datacenter activities
  • Experience in Remote IT infrastructure management
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Willing to work in variable shift environment
  • Understand and fix the server vulnerabilities
Position Requirements - Technical skills
  • 4-7 years of experience in installing, administering, and troubleshooting Windows servers (2012, 2016, 2019)
  • Experience working with VMware in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with scripting languages (MS PowerShell or VBScript) and deployment tools (BigFix) highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 is required.
  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of systems and networks specifically, Ethernet, switching, TCP/IP addressing and routing.
  • Must be able to work several initiatives concurrently and be able to shift priorities as required.
  • Ability to diagnose and understand reasons for system and network failures.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Willing to work in variable shift environment
  • Should be ITIL Foundation Certified and MCITP or MCSE Certified.
  • Some familiarity with these technologies:
  • Windows networking
  • EFS, DFS and NFS
  • DNS, Active directory and Group policy
  • IIS and SMTP
  • MMC
