Job Description

  • Responsible for management of HR Analytics and Data Reporting to support the various functions and businesses wit hin Building Efficiency HR. Provides value-added, actionable information to imp rove businessefficiencies and accuracy in the processes.
  • Strong Success Factor Reporting Technical and Functional knowledge is a m ust. HR domainknowledge preferred
  • As part of a team , deliver an efficient catalogue of Global HR Reports based on the Success Fact ors data
  • Support the build and rollout of the Succe ss FactorsGlobal Reporting catalogue in line with project time lines.
  • Create and champion a new Global Standard of HR Reporting.
  • Assist with the Success Factors training roll out to the BAU reporting teams.
  • Put the User Experience a t the heart of design.
  • Integrates disparate data fr om multiple systems and tools. Interprets data and reports, crafting the story from the data.
  • Develops and interprets reports whic h clearly and concisely show key workforce trends and problem areas. Construct reports/graphs that show status, trends, cost, volume, benchmarks, as well as o pportunities for improvement in various HR activities.
