Key Responsibilities You- ll be responsible to complete advanced end to end engineering tasks for specific system assignments including designing, developing, analyzing, configuring, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documenting, health monitoring/alerting, and implementing based on user or system specifications, consulting with clients to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications, managing interaction between the systems and other technical support areas and defining technical requirements and coordinating team resources to solve problems.- As the first hire, you would be spearheading the entire project working closely with the CEO, COO, and product manager- Build a scalable product from the ground up- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code- Design and implementation of low-latency- High-availability, and performant applications- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic- Implementation of security and data protection- Develop high-quality software design and architecture- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting- Review and debug code, code comments, and clear code- Perform validation and verification testing- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products- Document development, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and monitor system Required Technical and Professional Expertise - 5+ years of relevant experience in frontend Developer- Solid knowledge of front-end technology, familiar with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Ajax, Json, etc.- Be familiar with popular JavaScript libraries, frameworks, and tools, such as JQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS, ExpressJS, Vue, React, etc.- Solid knowledge of modeling, design patterns, refactoring, unit test.- Solid knowledge of Agile methodology and practices, such as SCRUM, Extreme Programming (XP), - Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continues Integration, etc.- Solid knowledge of SQL, JDBC, Webservice, etc.- Strong software engineering, project management knowledge & experience. Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise - Experience with design thinking methods to understand personas and develop great user design- Demonstrated ability to operate within short release cycles- Experience using modern collaboration tools in a highly responsive environment- Great planning and organizational skills, good time management, with the ability to manage and prioritize own workload and to deal with urgent deadlines and changes to requirements- Close teamwork and collaboration across both global and local team environments- The ability to communicate across organizational boundaries and manage stakeholders- A passion for creative solutions to real user needs and business problems- Driven to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing the underlying problem and questioning any assumptions- Logical approach to problem-solving- Meticulous attention to detail- Highly motivated and productive, an entrepreneurial self-starter- Demonstrable experience coaching junior members of your teams,
