Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Hiring Company: Manufacturing Work Location: Corporate office, Vimannagar, Pune This is a 100% work from office.

  • Responsible for complete employee life cycle activities and related documents from Onboarding till Separation. Update internal databases with new hire information and maintaining employee records
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Responsible for monitoring and operating SAP and Empower System (HRIS)
  • Responsible for timely creation of related reports and trackers
  • Responsible for time and attendance office management
  • Responsible for Payroll and Benefits scheme
  • Responsible for all statutory compliance and legal requirement of Factory Act etc.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
  • Manage employees grievances
  • Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and etc.) and keep employee handbook current
  • Responsible for Vendor management and contract management
  • Responsible for various administration and Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 4+ years of management experience in HR
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
  • Master s Degree in human resources, or related field
  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Desirable Knowledge of ERP/ SAP software
