Job Description

Our Client is launching service based on proprietary communication technology. This unique service will completely change operations in Ground Segment and Mission Control and enable next-generation IoT applications. Job Location :- PuneExperience :- 2 Year PlusDemonstrated experience inan HR professional role in a multicultural environment Qualification:- Masters degree or PhD. or equivalent relevant experience in the field of human resources or related, e.g. economics, business administration, behavioral sciences, law, together with professional training in the field of human resources or a related field. Responsibilities:-As an HR Adviser (HRA), you will be assigned to one or several Departments or Units. You will:

  1. Advice and support supervisors in their HR and people activities.
  2. Advice and support staff members with HR-related concerns.
  3. Be instrumental in driving HR processes into practice and providing feedback to Centers of Expertise.
  4. Ope rationalize HR strategy.
  5. Support change management and organisational development activities.
  6. You may also contribute to specific HR-related projects.

  4. Talent management.
