We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Job TitleSenior Information Security Operations Analyst Overview tIdentity Access Management teams are responsible for end to end services to support internal employees and external customers capabilities to retrieve security access to Mastercard systems and applications. tThe Physical Access Engineering team is responsible to implement new cutting edge technologies specific to authentication & authorization physical security access systems, network video recording and visitor management systems throughout the enterprise. tThis role is responsible for the implementation of physical security access services in the Asia Pacific region, including but not limited to, successful completion of system migrations to new badging platform, CCTV management, continued quality support on the platform, and implementation of new services tDo you like working with new technologies tWhat experience do you bring to the table that will drive this team to the next level tDo you enjoy engaging in activity that increases operational efficiencies and process improvement tDo you have the desire to learn and adapt in a fast pace environment Role tAct as a technical lead engineer to guide and implement physical access solutions for the enterprise to production tWork with other platform teams and external suppliers to consistently deliver on physical access objectives or requirements tDesign and document implementation artifacts related to the environment. tTest solutions, new updates, and troubleshoot operational issues. tComplete site specific project work including existing system migrations, office relocations and new office deployments tOversees and provides technical support to junior team members tResearch new methodologies for continuous improvement of security best practices in the access management spaceAll About You tIntermediate skills in Corporate Security (Information, Physical Security or both) tIntermediate skills in network security fundamentals tSolid hands on experience with physical security systems (such as Honeywell or Lenel) is a plus tMust have fundamental understanding of physical access processes and procedures, including reviewing floor plans and design tIntermediate experience with managing vendors tStrong organization, problem solving and communication skills tAbility to mentor peers and guide less experienced team membersDue to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
